"The new turbocharger uses a larger turbine to create a higher charge pressure, resulting in a boost pressure of 0.8 bar."

"The specific development work performed on the 2.0 TFSI unit makes the CUPRA engine the only one in the Volkswagen Group to deliver 240 hp. The SEAT Technical Centre focused its attention on two aspects in its quest to boost performance to such exhilarating levels: direct injection and turbocharger. The new turbocharger uses a larger turbine to create a higher charge pressure, resulting in a boost pressure of 0.8 bar."

This is a European press release, so don't read too much into the options list. Im sure the UK specific press release will surface in the next few weeks, with more info relating to the UK options.

Considering that SEAT UK have already said it will be £19595 including Xenon's, I doubt they'd change that at this stage, to say they are optional, without dropping the price accordingly.

There is a second press release in Spanish, only for the spanish/euroepan market only i guess. It states the price as €26600 Euros which i work out to be just over £18k in stirling, however this price won't include our taxes etc.

Basically given the engine (and its upgrades over the 197bhp version), the size of the brakes etc... its more of a 2 wheel drive S3 than an uprated Golf GTi. TBH it will be better to drive based on its 2wd configuration. I'm really looking forward to seeing one in the flesh.
