small updates

done little more with interior.

as i couldnt find any Sportster CS for reasonable price I decided to use the OEM ones and remodelled them.

here you can see some pics of the work we done so far.

This is my friend Micce that helps and teaches me how to sew and do interior

Got all parts from INA And PAGParts and engine is built and ready to go in to the car
Its not completly dry yet thoughr at painter

now also engine room will be green. instead of black. here is before clearcoat

Finally i have only Vband so no blown gaskets no more..

Also have got my Custom IC made by Pagparts based on Garett core and also hard pipes all way from turbo.

Also PPT intake etc

yep they flew away very fast. and sadly we had to cancel the plans in last minute.
now im home again from the show. and we will continue the work.

no did not trim the bumper but it is very big and thick so you need to trim so it can be mowed backwards. but it is nearly to big but will fitt if you want it to

last week was very unlucky with much things..

first on Monday i got hit in my Girlfriends car so bad it couldnt be driven away from the place..

it hurts in my neck and back. But instead of going to hospital i went to garage after i collected my saab in the other garage..

i drove with that one day then i thought it felt strange in the rear end. checked the tyres could see anything so continued to drive..

but it got worse so i put the car on the lift to check..

i didnt se anything when i checked first as it was Runflat tyres..
both rear tyres was like this on the inside.


Then the next day after i fixed that i drove to collect my rims.
first the engine totaled on the drive way to the tyre guy.. first i ran in and collected my rims.

Then try to get help to tow the car away.. then wait for a couple of hours so i could get a car to drive with and colect the other missing parts to get the car ready..

while i was waiting for a car i noticed they have damaged all my rims on the inside.. so now i will have to deal with them and that also..

Many valuable hours last week was just wasted away..

then we tried to start the engine. and it did not start. The Engine builder came to assist and help us find out why. we tried some things as changing coilpack, sparkplugs, injectors, ecu, wiring harness checked timing etc.. all was good.

but no compression in engine cyl1 rest has compression but very low..

probably lifters that doesnt close, or in worst case the valve needs to be trimmed slightly shorter. but that also not a big problem just sad we didnt have time to fix it before show. if not the all other should have happened we would hav e tried to start engine eralier in week and then seen the problems and fixed it..


so i borrowed trailer so we could try to get it there.. worked for but was hard to drive as we couldnt get the car as long upfront as we wanted to.. so all over 40-50kmh was causing it to wobble.. then we also got a flat tyre.. when we came there we gave upp. left the car and drove without it to the show.. so was mixed feelings there this week and still is..

Engine is in now just the rest left to do....

did not want to waste the space and have the S3 Ic there now when it would not be used no longer so we modified to just keep the ac cooler and the radioator..

test fitting and connecting the hardpipes..

testing placement of IC and Oil cooler.. both not on final places in this pic..

IC is fitted correct now. just some smal adjustments to get Oil cooler sligly higher.

in the middle of all this I got this Package

will be really interresting to see what the CATCAMS will do with the engine performance etc but firts i will do a Engine break in. Then Dyno With the S3 Cams and after that Dyno and tune with the CATCAMS and will post result with them both here

Had to go get 2 more 90 degre AN Fitting and 1 meter extra Hose to the oilcooler..
Also i hate looking after tools so i got a extra set of tools so we should save little time there.. Also a sandwich adaptor to my Metal oil filter as i converted to that instead now with the oil cooler kit..

Here im gluing it togheter and tried so parts still fit

this pieces is the parts for the front seats.. Black leather, dark grey Alcantara and a small piece of green alcantara. togheter with green stictes.

here its not attached on the rear so not stretched out as it will be later just to see how it looks.


Like this I had to leave the car as there was no chance getting iut to show before to late :'( So close but still not.. But some forces did not want it to be there this year...

now i ran out of pictures for now. but i have much more pics on interior etc to upload later. Now im trying to plan this week and get it running correct this weekend.

sooo do you mind if i copy your bodywork & colour ?? joking hehehe. everytime i see your car i get excited.( i know it sounds strange but its one heck of a leon ) and now taht you are back.. maybe you can check for me about the widebody kit, before i get mine into the spraying booth also.

the one i found from romania told me it costs about 1500 euros to buy , and also said that i had to do lots of fixing and cutting.
btw what do you think about O.Z. superforgiata matte balck on a grey leon with matte black bonnet,roof and spoiler ?
