Seat Leon Mk3 1.2 tsi automatic - metal clicking sound

When i drive at around 15mph, i hear a matallic like click quickly followed by another click, this can then repeat itsself a number of times, it still makes the noise even if i take my foot of the gas pedal. The sound seems external to the engine and i cannot really tell if its coming from the front or back, but i think front. i had to have the gearbox magtronics unit replaced within the last year and wondered if it could be related to this, i have had no warning lights on dashboard, and other than the strange click the car seems to be driving nornally, has anyone else had this and been able to resolve where the sound comes from.

Sounds like a gear change, check whether this sound appears once the cars changes gear at low speeds, like from first to second.
