seat removal

has anybody got any idiea how to get the front seat,s out because i havent got a clue new to these seat,s.

Undo the 10mm bolt at the bottom of the seat at the front in middle, then just slide the seat all the way back until it comes out the rails

at the front of the seat at the bottom there is an alan key bolt and a 10mm nut. undo it and then slide the seat back and it will come out of the runners and then you can lift it out.
