Congratulations to the SEAT Sport team for successfully defending their Manufactuers' Touring Car World title in Macau during the early hours of this morning.
A fantastic year saw a popular World Championship win for Gabrielle Tarquini who at 47 is the oldest FIA motorsport World Champion in history.
Yvan Muller was unable to make it back to back championships but finished runner-up and now leaves the SEAT Sport team to join Chevrolet in 2010 alongside Huffy and Alain Menu.
Many congratulations to SEAT and everyone involved in securing a successive championship.
Hopefully the powers that be will keep SEAT Sport in some branch of motorsport for 2010 whether it be in tourers or elsewhere.
