i dont see any active discussion on food on here (aside sausages). you guys all seem very competent when it comes to improvising and experimenting with cars. i figure handy people like yourselves are not afraid to mess about in a kitchen!
ive found the following recipe online and was wondering how you guys would think itd cope in the fridge if i made a huge batch for the week? should i just stop being lazy and make it the day i want to eat it?!
id have it with pasta or bread
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped chicken
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1.5 tsp lime juice
fresh cilantro ( i think this is american for coriander) for topping, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or more to let the flavors blend together.
Serve as a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce or with pita chips
