That's timing as my current breakdown cover elsewhere runs out on the 8th October so will be asking as I need to get an insurance quote done soon as well.

  4. Morning, quick question I have lowered my car and have a full body kit.

Rac tell me that they cant tow me as the car is lowered and they cant get there trolly under the front without damage to body kit.
Does your breakdown cover also cover lowered cars.

Hi, thanks for the question. The provider's policy wording only says they won't effect recovery if they think the vehicle is "dangerous or illegal to transport". There are ways and means of recovering lowered vehicles using flat beds, skids, lifters, etc and there's nothing there that suggests they won't handle that if it's needed. Hope that helps.
