Smoothed air box LCR225

hi guys, recently smoothed my airbox on my 225 LCR, apart from that its standard at the mo.

should i notice any differences if any ???

and, will i notice any gains when i fit the green cotton panel filter, and forge 007??

not on it s own no. Once you get the green filter in and the 007P you will notic the car feels slightly stonger and more responsive. But you soon get used to it and forget it was worse before.

The only thing i noticed was you can hear 007 DV more.

Not had remap done as yet but told you will notice response alot also DV sounding bit more but not chavy thank god

thanks guys!! thought as much lol ... remap yeah would love it ... but next yr me thinks ... had all my old 1.8T golfs remapped, but this one feels faster than all of them. so im still lovin the standard power... but remap will be on the agenda in the future. after the 007 and cotton filter.

Improving the air feed to the airbox is also a good idea

Although it's tricky on the LCR because everything is very tight getting anywhere near a grill etc
