Hi mate, i know these are suitable for a standard BAM engine, although there are many other brands availible. https://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/...367a34bd6ae7d8882fad9e00370f29ce709e91&000301

If you go to halfords website, then you can search by your registration number, probably easiest.

The 4 prong thing is a waste if time imo. The ones above will be perfect if the engine is standard, but they're usually about £30 as they're long life ones. If cash is tight there's nothing wrong with using a cheaper plug that is listed as an equivalent. It just means you'll need to replace it sooner, as the electrode wears out quicker.

Oh right, thanks for the advice also, what type of ignition coils would you recommend to get?

You can't normally go wrong with bosch. I've had a set in mine for almost 15,000 miles now and not missed a beat
