the wing mirrors fold in are there any silver/chrome caps that will fit?

can you buy a replacement plain boot release? (instead of a seat badge)

how much will i be looking at to paint the calipers and is it hard?

your input is much appreciated

cheers

no sorry i didnt mean the 'S' on the back just the Fr and I B I Z A badges this makes it look cleaner
its easy enough to do aswell
ye although im sayin take the FR badge off the back the silver mirror are just covers off an FR model and should be a simple job to put on and the electric mirrors will still work

the brake callipers are easy aswell
all you need to do is to take the wheels off so you can get 2 them and then when its jacked up get some heat resistant paint in the colour of your choice or hammerite paint
then you can just brush them with it. try and clean them well first though
or you could spray them requiring you mask off well.

i took the I B I Z A off take a look at my thread

to do it i used a hair dryer, toothe floss, rubber and cloth

heat it up with the hair dryer then get the floss behind the letters pull away gently then use the rubber and the cloth to get the excess glue off
there may be some guides on hear how to debadge

i would take the FR badges off as its not an FR, just makes you look silly in my eye but each to there own i suppose, just seems a very chav thing to do.

As for I B I Z A off the back

I B I Z A off the back is 100% must. Nam's car made me do it to mine :p

FR badge I'd take off for the same reason nam stated IMO.

FR mirror covers can be bought from SEAT for £15 .. But they look pretty terrible.. Can't wait to get mine resprayed again...

Pictures update

since the last posts i managed to have a fat guy fall on me while playing rugby which unsurprisingly broke my collarbone which has made me very inactive.

so yesterday i got out and removed the badges that everyone has been moaning about for me to remove.

and here is some pictures and a few of the general car....ill apologies now for the poor camera and poor photography

i did call my valeter after i removed the badges and he refused to clean it as it was still clean after the last wash and that was before a trip to Nottingham and a trip to Torquay lol so he uses some good stuff (even he was amazed)

Many Thanks

Enjoy

My First power mod booked (provisionally)

As you can see below my username it states the mod im having

im going for a P-Torque remap at the low cost of £265 with a dyno run and diagnostic check

im booked in for the 6th December as i have a long drive so need a full day really.

My Second mod (which will add the most BHP)

my second mod that i have ordered (that should be with me soon) are my scn stickers.
i have ordered one of the standard white internal and Lindsey from the vinyl store has created me a perfect copy of the text used for the sc sticker:ban: to create a separate sticker that is of my username....(as it shows in my signature) to make it easy to spot me and add some more personalization to the car.

hope you like the sound of the new mods

(nice) comments appreciated
