Stage 3 cupra 280 yardie style

So I am new to the site but I've been around the block for a long time. I have been known for having a crazy golf gti edition 30 which was again stage 3 430bhp was a daily car but I track the car plenty.
So here I am now with my cupra 280.
Coming from the tfsi platform I am no mechanic but I can get stuck in on the tools, I must say that this Mqb platform is simply amazing and easy to work on. Every mod on my car to get to stage 3 I have done myself outside my house with a halfords advanced tool kit axle stands and couple of jacks. I do alot of work for local Mqb owners as I'm alot cheaper, after a chin wag and couple beers a kfc bucket is sufficient payment lol.
I know a thing or two about the cupra and I'm always willing to share advice also I like to get value for money I never buy branded items with out checking out if it's worth it.
I also have good connections with the turbo company littco who supply the hybrid that powers my car to its 500 horses.

Littco l500 hybrid is38 at 1.9 bar I'm just waiting on a upgraded sensor to run over 2bar boost and get that 500bhp

Welcome to the forum @DJ bizz, we met at snetterton this week with @theoldboy/Ron who has the stage 3 Mk3 Leon which we call the beastfromtheEast. I have the St300 in Nevada white. I’m only revo stage1 at the moment which is enough to make me smile from ear to ear. Your 290 looks great.

Dsg or manual?
At this set up what are the numbers for 100-200?
How pracical it is on everyday driving?
Seems like not much happens untik 4k rpm when it passes 500nm.
