stereo wont turn off

hi all got out of car 2day and noticed my stereo turn back on with key removed from ignition so pressed the button turn it back off couple seconds later come back on no matter how many times i turn it off it still keeps switching itself back on any1 know the cause of this ??

Hi Lewis, just seen your post. I had exactly the same problem, its a known fault with that unit (manufactured by Grundig I believe).

Quick fix: Put in a cassette, push all the way in as if to play, then turn radio off, turn iginition off.
Just remember to do this each time you park the car.
