Stuttering FR

Hi

I have an 06 2litre tdi 170 DR with the egr and dpf removed and mapped out apparently. As I can only confirm what I was told as I've only owned the car a couple of weeks.

She pulls nicely up to about 3k then blows dirty smoke. Then as she gets quicker she still accelerates but every few seconds she stutters. No engine codes at all. Any idea what I could check first?

May try some fuel injector cleaner but doubt it'll sort it out lol.

I've not scanned with vcds as i don't have vcds software. I have scanned with a cheap hand scanner and also my Creader Viii scanner.
