Suspension noises - Cupra

Now I'm out of warranty my Cupra 280 has started knocking and creaking going over speed bumps and knocking from the rear over lightly broken roads. Has anyone had similar issues and resolved them? I'll be getting the car in the air this week and could do with a starting point for my investigations!

I notice the occasional odd noise from my suspension over speed humps in my work car park. It doesn't seem to effect the handling so I just have put it down to just mechanical noises.

I'm no mechanic so I don't know the construction of our DCC suspension set up compared to a regular set up.

Do the normal checks for worn bushes, pivots etc. Use a lever if you can to move the joint to check for play.
Try a rubber safe spray lube on any suspect ones and see if the noise stops.
