Tank Flap Doesn't Lock

Hi All,

I've just discovered that I can still open the Fuel Filler Cap Tank Flap even though the Central Locking has been activated via the Remote Vehicle Key. When I check each of the Door a Handles and Boot Release they are locked, but if I press on the Tank Flap it depresses and releases the Flap as if the vehicle has been unlocked. I've checked the Owners Manual and can't find anything to explain why it wouldn't be locking, so was wondering if any of you have experienced the issue or can think of something I could have inadvertently done to explain this?

Thanks

Sounds like it could be an issue with your car? Mine definitely locks when the car is locked

Thanks for the reply scrich7, that was pretty much the conclusion I had come to.....

Fortunately my car is already booked in at my local Seat dealership for another Warranty issue so i will call them to ask for this to be looked at, at the same time!
