So where is this shaggy bloke now? Or have I missed something?
He's still around, we buried him under the patio.
I think these days you'll find him plowing fields with his scooby or taking pics of planes
Just done some digging around my hard drive, and for the nostalgic amongst you or the plain curious, ive found the full pdf magazines i did for the now long gone and defunct SEAT Drivers Club.
I'll put the links in this thread in a short while, for you to laugh at.
Remember these were done a long time ago.
IN the meantime, if you were lucky enough/unlucky enough to be an SDC member back in 2000-2001, then you may have adorned one of these.
ZBOYD, I'm pretty sure I've still got those stickers buried away somewhere. Keyring didn't last long though (shoddy workmanship, lol).
What about the big yellow round ones Z?
I've got the pdf mag on my desktop at home, I'll race you to slap it up
I'm actually looking at my profile and my number of posts is piss-poor considering the length of time I've been on here. Feeling guilty now cos this sites helped me out no end and I haven't really contributed much back.
Must try harder from now on!
Yer the ones that looked like vehicle watch or something
Not sure to be honest, i'll look, but i think they were deleted or lost.
They are quite large folks, so right click save as, as your web browser will probably melt trying to load in huge PDFs

Stickers were done by me, so they should of lasted
Keyrings not my department.
Yes, I remember that too, lol. I'd just traded my V5 Toledo in for the first Leon Cupra
I actually think that the 'minty cock rub' was down to me and the adventurous young lady I was seeing at the time. You could get it at Anne Summers.
Alex and Monkeyboy's rants used to have me crying.
I remember being on Cupranet chat every night and there was always Shaggy, Z, Mork, Mart, Flapper that bloke from Hungary (I think) signed in. Whatever happened to him?
There has been a small revival in Cupra.net chat recently, I've been making more appearances. And Dave 'Monkeyboy' Arthurton popped in the other night too
Chatroom, still running.
Given the interest, and no doubt it would be asked again in another 5 year
Ive moved it out of General Topic, so this thread doesn't get purged.
I've still got one of those stickers unused lying about somewhere at home!
Put it on your EVO 6
wow the old boys really are reminicing (sp?) here!
1 thing thats sticks out in my mind was hiding m0rks car at the hotal at alconbury.
too many sherberts the night before had him confused for a bit
got to meet brend in person at last, not seen him since.(something i said i guess)
Curborough still sticks in my mind....big time...Going out on the lash with Brendy, Brendys mate, Monkey Boy, Alex and Mark....ahhh the Cedar Tree lol!
I've got a video clip of the paddock at Alconbury. Really funny as the camera pans around showing all the usual suspects (including Shaggy in the aforementioned puffer). Don't know who shot it? It's over 7MB so I can't upload it unfortunately.
Found the Redline article as well with pics of us all and the caption that started the whole 'monkey' tag for Dave. Again too big to upload to here.
My old Leon had the round yellow sticker on the windscreen when I sold it, so it may still be out there somewhere!
Could do with setting up a public drop box, so you can upload them.
Here's the one of Dave Clark, abusing Dave's Ibiza.
