This happened to anybody else?

The bracket that holds some radiator pipes has come loose. It looks lie there are 2 threaded studs that have sheared off of the bracket.

Question is do i have to take out the scuttle pan to repair??

The black pipes at the top? Mine aren't fixed to anything - I thought it was meant to be like that?

Mines sheared one stud and I've not done anything with it and it seems fine like it.
