I'm about to replace cambelt in my ibiza 2012 1.4 16v
I'm not sure what torque setting for each bolt. Can someone with good information source tell me what torque should I use?
Does the settings specify in this site are reliable?

they give 2 options for the crankshaft pulley screw setting which a bit confuse. Can someone help me understand that what that's mean?
Almost forgot, I released the alternator belt tensioner. Also, I need torque for this one if someone have the data manual for this.
