Timing gone- what recommendations do you all have?

Check there's not a lot of water gathering at either side at the bottom of the windscreen, where the strut tops are. is the pipe inside or out?

the pipe is under the bonnett coming out of the bulk head very close to aircon pipes on right hand side, just below and to the right of electric water pump,thanks

It's probably a drain for the bit below the windscreen, the dampness might just from condensation or wet feet especially with the summer we've had. There's no breather on a matrix though, they're part of the cooling system and are sealed by the cap on the expansion tank.

hi was just wondering how to get to matrix on seat alhambra,do you have any idea,regards jeremy

Never had to do one thankfully, I can't imagine them being that much fun on the alhambra, check the bulkhead in the engine bay though incase there's some sort of access plate but failing that it's a case of getting the heater box out with the matrix and swapping them over.
