    Afternoon,

    Thank you for your post.

We're mainly suspension orientated but usually to go to mod to start with is a remap but a lot will depend on how far you want to go with it.

As mentioned we're mainly suspension orientated but a remap is usually most peoples first port of call.

You've got a few options for the suspension depending on how low you want to go and also how much you want to spend.

You could go for just springs and run them with the standard shocks or you could change both for height adjustable coilovers. After that you can change things like the bushes or ARBs which would get you more handling improvements.

Ok so it would be down to budget then.

Drop us a call if you prefer and we can talk you through some options.

At the moment we don't have any budget coilover kits available for your model so you'd be looking around £500.

What would a coilover kit contain and do for the vehicle?

The coilover kit would replace the springs and shocks for a height adjustable version. As long as you stuck with a good quality kit it would improve the handling and also the look of the car.

Thank you for your advice do you think it is worth upgrading the suspension on a cupra 290?
