Unknown issue with whole car shaking

Hi,

I have a very odd issue with my Seat Ibiza TDI 130BHP.

Recently the car has been losing and gaining power as if someone is stepping on and off the accelerator. It makes the whole car shake and is quite dangerous. It only starts after around 15 minutes in to my journey. Then about 5 minutes later stops happening.

I've taken it the garage and they can't find any reason why it might be doing this....

i tried the following:

- full service
- injection cleaner
- new fuel filter
- plugging it into a diagnostic machine but only showed an error for the alternator

Nothing works.

I'm not one for changing stuff but either scan the temp sensor output from cold or try a newone maybe a flatspot between cold and hot
