Upgraded Clutch - advice needed

Hey guys,

After having a stage 1 on the cupra for 7 months the original clutch has finally started to slip.

Pretty impressed with how its held up.

I am looking for an upgraded clutch, nothing too crazy as i wont be going any more power than stage1. As tempting as it is, it is just staying 300bhp.

Ideally i want one that is oem feeling. do you have any suggestions?

And opting for the organic plate (400ft/lb) as i am only running 323ft/lb.

Of course i will be getting the release bearing changed the same time.

Is this the right choice?

that sounds good to me. I will have to get it ordered and then find somewhere to have it fitted.

There is no need for me to go anything greater than the 400ft/lb option as the car wont be going more then stage 1 in my ownership at least.

You'll be fine. I think the 400ft/lb is a safe number and it can take more than.
