Hey guys, please I need your help.

On my home this morning in traffic I stared seeing steam from under the bonnet.

I pulled over to try and asses the problem and just saw some type of oil based liquid leaking. It looks like its from the drivers side of the radiator and aircon refill unit.

Here are some pics that I tried to take.

My guess would be coolant. Check the header tank level, and also check the dipstick if you think it's oil. There will be oil on the undertray which is why the liquid may look oily.

I had a small radiator leak in my old TDI 110 Toledo some time ago, and there's a thread about it here.

Thank you I am going to try it now.

Do you think I should change the coolant the same time as when I add the k-seal? or just add k-seal to check it 1st?

I added K-Seal to the existing coolant and topped up with a 50/50 mix of G12+ coolant and water.

after all of the problems I had it turned out to be just a water pump that packed up.
