Vacuum whistle driving me nuts!!

So my Leon 150 pd has a whistle on boost from around 2500rpm, I've had the car checked, turbo is fine, doesn't appear to have any boost or vacuum leaks, it's got no loss of power, no errors and doesn't go into limp mode. When I disconnect the vaccum pipe or the map sensor the noise goes, does anyone have an idea what could be causing the noise?

This was eventually cured after I replaced the turbo.
