Vag-com unreadable !!!!

Hi, has anyone had their Leon scanned with Vag-Com and its come back with unreadable sections where the modules at fault are. See below at my scanned Cupra R and see the section that has all different symbols/letters etc.
Hope somebody can shed some light and stop the cause....

That suggests to me a corrupted VAG-COM install, especially because all the fault labels are messed up. The fault codes are coming back ok, but the interpretation is failing.

I would reinstall it and see if that helps. Or you could look up the fault codes on one of the many OBDII code lists on the interweb.
