Better programmes out there than vagtacho. Plenty of free options that just need the dumb KKL cables from ebay for a few quid

ive got the cheap cable but keep getting access denied, I have a genuine vag com but that doesn't get the skc code. ive got vag commander that doesn't seem to work either.

I'm a bit confused as I have got 2 codes 1 being a ecu coding and the other being a pin code what is the difference? I bought a super vag off of ebay for £70.
