What is it stage1 IHI because if he's claiming stage3 his car it not performing right.

Mr320 Vs my car which at the time was down 30-40whp when it went on at Awesome in the New year after v-max when it was not running right. So i believe what has been said my car did 300bhp @ the fly at Awesome Custardcupra with same spec did 338bhp @ the fly. So i dusted a mr320 with ease with 300bhp. I have seen of Fq400's, i almost bought one but people put me off.

some people just cant accept a >£9000 car could come close to a £30 000 car it would seem.

Also to put it into perspective Evo mr340 say 1400kgs.
Classic type r scoob running 310bhp and say 1250kgs with short gearing. In theory the type-r is quicker. But one played with feathers and got its arse ticked via custardcupra.

Its rare these days as most people know the cars and know what they can and cant do. We get on well with the scooby lot across the board but its fun to have the odd little leg pull with them. Fact is i dont think the evo's/scoob are strightliners anyway unless there designed to do it. I can quite easily see a 280-300bhp ibiza matching maybe even being quicker than a stock mr340 Evo. A mapped up basic modded 400bhp mr would no doubt be a diff matter. I dont mind Evo's/scoobs but its a case of reality and physics.

    340bhp ibiza say 1150kgs
    340bhp Evo 1400kgs

Take into account the weight diff the transmission loss regardless of what it is. Which we know the evo has more of than the Ibiza the Ibiza will produce more bhp @ the wheels and its lighter. Theres no way the Evo will win in a stright line rolling drag the facts above simply cant allow it to happen physically unless the Ibiza is not producing its power ie unhealthy down on power.

End of the day im sure you would choose to have that Evo over your Ibiza. Had a VI and I dont see how you can even try and compare an Ibiza to a Evo!!!!! Some people love their cars a little too much!!!!

Are you using 100bhp jets giving an increase of ~60bhp?

Theres your answer then, the evo wasn't 'very quick', your just both really slow...

    /jokes

To be fair tho, how did you know he was really trying, i know i wouldnt overtake a car that was breaking the speed limit already unless it was extra safe to do so. Especially if that car was a jumped up shopping trolley (from evo driver's viewpoint). It's not worth the risk of pushing other people who's abilities/willingness to die to win are unknown.

fook the badge and price tag it all comes down to power to weight and i would happlily have another go on a straight line as he would kill me on corners, but then i havent pumped money into corners i like embarresing boxters etc on motoways:)
