Vibration on light corning to the left only!

I'm on the motor way every day and i am gettinga strong vibration when the road pulls to the left. Going straight its fine, going to the right its fine... but if the round goes to the left then i geta strong vibration. Its not really through the S. wheel so much as through the body. I would say it feels more from the back but its very hard to say and with body shell vibration its even harder!
Things that are ok....
Coil springs, shocks ALL newish and tested.
Wheels on tight!
tyre pressures ok.
Wheels just balanced
Tracking checked

One thing that i think it could be is something to do with the fact that when i reverse out my drive in the morning and turn the wheels i get a creaking noise from the front passenger side wheel area.... I'm thinking siezed ball joint?

Anyone else have any idea? As i said when going left only and at about 40 - 50mph and above ( thats when its noticable)

Have you tried going in full lock forward and back to see if it could be a CV joint

Sorry forgot to add that the boot had gone again on the cv joint so had a whole new joint fitted! Still have the problem!
