on the 400 mile trip home over the weekend i have to say the drive was lovely.

the only thing i can fault the car on is that when i am doing between 70-75 there is a awful lot of feedback from the car and the wheel shakes. if i take my hands off the wheel its visibally noticiable.

would it be worth getting the tracking checked and all that malarky?

it looks like the dealer swapped the front and rear wheels round as the rears have about 2mm tread on them while the fronts have more.. this is not typical for the rears to have less on a front wheel drive car so maybe they tinkered with something.

tyre pressure is ok as i checked that out before we head off from newcastle.

anything else it coudl be?

Sounds like the wheels just need rebalancing to me. Pretty much any tyre place should be able to do that cheaply enough.
