well i think i have sorted it i just need a fuse to check it fully, reason for my mistake was due to my plastic adapter that fits onto the w8 light, and that is because 1 to 6 was the other way around to the instructions on the first page lol

All done, looks the Bombus terrestris patellas.

One little wrinkle though, with 4 x LED bulbs installed, does anyone elses map lights glow very dimly when the lights are off?

If anyone wants the wiring adapter, I have made one up and have it for sale. I'm not fitting the W8 light now, seeing as the colour won't match the Cupra interior :(

How have people who have kept the original plugs made the W8 light fit with the alarm in the way? can you move alarm back slightly? or trim some of the W8 light?

Theres always one!!! I broke this while trying to remove the head light plug :( does anyone know the part number and if it comes as 2 bits or 1 bit?

Unit thinks that the lights are on so the buzzer keeps goin off(actually the side lights are constantly on and i cant control the lights at all as the unit doesnt work.
