Warning lights all over the dash flashing like an xmas tree. fuse?

Hey, my dad took the car out the other day and when he got back phoned to say loads of lights on the dash were flashing like mad. Has not affected the driving of the car at all, its all fine, just the lights going like mad. Could this be a fuse? if so which one?? need your help guys! you've never let me down yet lol!!

This is not the old brake light switch problem? Quite a few lights can come on with that one - as I've found out once!

i had that prob before with a fuse but no lights were on the dash, the bloke at the garage changed a fuse and it solved the brake light issue last time, there were adverse effects last time too. this time everything is fine except the dash lights.
