Weak on low gears

Hi

Any ideas why Leon 2.0 TDI FR CR170 is weak on low gears, specially first and second. Car starts to kick in after 3k rpm on first gear after is ok and about 2,5k rpm on second gear. Shaking a bit on low revs. No faults on vcds, all filters are new, oil and timing belt kit as well.

Boost leak or bad map??

Should be making boost well before then.

Map is basic, untouched.
Didn’t notice any whistle sound and oil leaks from the pipes.

How to check boost leak?

Check your actuator movement.

Actuator is working smooth.
Cleaned egr and throttle body but still no difference.

You need to scan it with VCDS, read live data and log requested boost Vs measured boost
