Hi,

Looking to order a set of ST coilovers for my fr, i know my front struts are 55mm, has independent rear suspension but now i need to find the gross weight of the front axle, i have found the plate in drivers door shut that states a number of weights but unsure of which equates to front axle weight... i have looked in handbook but can't find this in there. Sorry to ask... not completely useless i promise.

The ST from memory needs the higher weight option (1000+ vs 950) .

Are there any heavy vehicle weighbridges near you? Failing that calculate it from front axle percentage of wet weight.
You shouldn't use gross figures, that is the max allowable laden weight.
