Ordered on 29Th December, build week changed several times (thanks Seat :wtf: ) Managed to get a free Armrest out of them though! :bleh: arrived 23 April, had it since the 1st May, but been away for most of that time with work

The full spec is FR TDI, Sunroof, 18's, Con pack, winter pack, ipod, Bluetooth, armrest, mud flaps and xenon's.

The lights are fantastic, and allied to the Con pack are very good, just leave it in auto, the auto wipers are great too.

I have only managed 200 miles in her, but mostly in the rain, the Bluetooth is a godsend, i have a Motorola V3i and it worked a treat first time, the salesman was showing me the loud pedal etc, and it bonded with the car, without me knowing! The sunroof is a nice addition, and only a £310 option.

The lights as i said are great, they do a levelling check when you turn them on, which at night looks really weird, they don't dazzle, well not that i would know anyway!

I have a bit of a dodgy back, nothing too bad, just used to stiffen (ohh Err!) up a little in my Golf (recaro's) and i must say these seats are great.

The ride is firm, but nothing out of the ordinary, great to be able to go round corners without wallowing! I will be either changing the wheels for some CH's or getting these painted, to suit the colour better. Not sure which yet, too much month and not enough money, used to be the other way round!

Overall, i am really enjoying the car, in fact the amount of times i have tried the coming home function on the lights just to see the lights is rather a lot.

One criticism is the smell, ok it is a new car, but boy does it smell strong of newness! and the fact that you only get one remote key fob, I have bought one of the bay, and will be getting that coded soon.

Cheers

Aww you only get one remote? Fancy PMing me details of the 'bay thingy you got and how much it'll cost to get it programmed, please? :)

the Oval shaped bit in the base comes out and the two drinks holders are below there.

a great addition, really comfortable. One thing I didn't realise was the addition of 2 red LEDs in the base of the mirror to spread a very low level of ambient light when the lights are on. I had this in my Golf, but had to fit it myself, the light in my Golf came from a W8 Passat, it seems that Seat have fitted them already.

It does really, what you cannot see, is the red fleck on half of the armrest, and the leatherette matches the wheel. The red fleck picks out the red stitching of the seat.

i think the picture really does it no justice at all, the height is just right too, and it gives you a nice cubby hole, for sunglasses etc. The square hole at the front is for the aux socket, which i gave up for the Ipod, so you can leave the Mp3 player in the cubby hole and plug the player in.

Why does your armrest not match your interrior?

Because thats the armrest that goes with the intrerior of the Redish colour sport seats found in the Sport/Reference sport. :)

Also, maybe a silly question but why do you need two remote keyfobs?
