Never too cold to apply 476, just takes a little longer to go off. Just keep the coats thin, give it an extra 15 mins then give it a swipe test. If it comes off clean then it's good to remove.
It's a paste sealant by Finish Kare. It's been designed for maximum longevity and is actually listed under marine use on there website- presumably to prevent barnacles and that sticking to the underside of boats put it on bare paint or use something like Auto Finesse Tough Prep under it as it doesn't like sitting on oily polishes. The tin will last you half a lifetime.
also fusso light or dark depending on your colour will be good and can be picked it up for £20 other than that maybe take it to a pro for a ceramic coating on
