There are loads of Ibiza FRs, they dont make the 2.0 TDIs anymore, seem to concentrate more on the lower sized petrols now. I do happen to have a '13 2.0 TDI Ibiza for sale though!

Hi guys I passed my theory last week and have now booked my practical test, unfortunately I have just realised I will not be able to finance a vehicle because of my my age so the ibiza fr is out of the question :(

Congratulations on passing. Now the learning starts.....
Regarding cars, the 1.4 tsi 125 VAG engine is a cracker, ( had one in a No 2 Leon) . Otherwise, the choice is yours really. One man's meat is another's poison etc. Best to try and drive the models of your choice and see what you yourself prefer. Consider what use it'll be put to.
Also depends how you feel about carrying out your own maintenance. Is the car going to be vital to work, uni etc? If so consider the newest on your list, its not always a guarantee of being the most reliable but you have 5 years between the three choices , that could be a lot of mileage covered. Check out all the forums , but remember to base the number of complaints against the total number of cars sold, and people with an axe to grind will generally shout the loudest.
Good luck!!

No car is perfect :)
im more than 10yrs older than u,and still driving 17yrs old vw. Have full time job and now waiting for new leon to arrive.
I wanted to tell u,its ok to buy like 5yrs old car, maybe from 1st owner. Look for polo,ibiza,a3..if it hawe to be in vag.
Dont expect to have fully equiped first car on your budget..4wheels,abs,ac,radio,maybe xenon :)
