the above appeared on my wheel nut covers after my car was in for new discs and pads. I assumed the garage used some sort of cleaner on the wheels. They did cleaned up ok, I was just a bit annoyed they had used it. My wheels weren't even that dirty.

Journey back up the M53/M56/M6 which was quite nice apart from the fact that everyone in an Audi, Fiesta, Corsa and especially BMW hated the fact that they had been overtaken and had to go to any length to get back past me.

Bear in mind I did go up to 90 once or twice but I am in no way a speed demon and the majority of the journey was 70-80mph.

Is this just because I drive a Cupra??

When it’s finished I will. But doubt it’ll be finished today sadly. Stripes still need finishing and the S badges

And for those people who like a clean car, here is the side stripes, not finished yet, needs the Matt silver bits doing to tie in with the front. But that’s looking like next weekend now :( as it’s 5.05 and I need to leave at 5.30

Went through posts, spoke with a few people, listen to what was said, and went with the Revo Dogmount. It seemed the logical choice. VWR maybe a tad harsh. Revo sounds like a good compromise, as per Oldboy - thanks for your wisdom.

Fitted dog mount today, and boy what a difference. Revo one.
Seems to put power down better.

@oldboy - good choice! Kudos to you.

Good aren’t they. I put a powerflex one on the other week. Will notice even more of a difference when it’s warm and dry too!!

With a dog one mount or insert, I think it is safe to say that the difference is streets ahead! Initially it feels much more positive. Even though it’s the Revo - only half a mount and the VWR is a 2 piece mount, hence why there is more vibration with that one. Little to no vibration from the Revo.
