Definitely transforms the car. My stage 2 custom map was about half the price of the stage one as the maps already there, it's just adjusting it to the stage 2 hardware :)

Stage 2 mk1 LCR 291bhp AmD tuned.

This of course is if your stage one map was done at the company your are using for your stage two. If not then you'll be paying for your stage two from scratch

Got my car back with LCR quick rack fitted. I've only had the rack done as mine popped a seal and needed replacing so I haven't gone the whole front subframe/wishbones etc yet.

Haven't had chance to properly test it yet but glad to have my car back on the road :)

Will make sure I take plenty of pics. Yes, really looking forward to it. Won't be for eight weeks or so, just after Bill @ Badger5 works his custom stage two magic :D
Refurbing wheels myself as I have all the kit. Not accomplished enough to tackle the car though

oil change

Decided to change the oil from only doing it 2 months previous as i I had noticed mayo in dipstick all the way through.I literally do about 500 yards commute and back but need my car for my job during the day, so oil barely gets warm. Looked at part of breather system and discovered it was shocking so ripped out the PCV system.

Think I'll be going down the catch can route this week..

I've finally found the cause my Cupra's hesitation during acceleration - a leaking hose that goes from the T joint (with the PCV) to the underneath of the intake manifold.
I noticed 'stupots_1982' earlier post with similar issues - his hose layout is different to mine, but that's probably because his is an R.
I've looked into 'catch can' and like the idea of vapours being collected but I just want a quick fix for now, so I've ordered Creationsmotorsport hose & new breather valve.
