What is this icon on the touchscreen?

I have a 2015 Seat Leon FR 1.4 EcoTSI and I have a strange symbol on the radio and I can’t seem to find any reference to it in any of the manuals.
I have recently bought the car used so it’s still a bit new to me.

It’s the symbol to the right of the mute symbol.

It means you have it in individual mode. You get a different one for sport and eco and nothing for normal.
