What to log in VAGcom for a Mk4 Ibiza 20vt?

I have picked up a shareware version of VAGcom and cable from the bay. No fault codes read so that's a bonus! I'm just up for experimenting with logs right now, maybe find out how the car is running under boost and the effectiveness of the SMIC at the moment. So, 2 questions really:

1. What are the best blocks to log and/or any popular combinations? Also, is it better to log just 1 block at a time or is a combination of 2 or 3 blocks better?

2. What types of driving/runs should I do?

These are what I normaly do, Mile:

003 and 020
115 and 032
118 and 031
002 and 114

Do no more than 2 block togeather (ie, 003 & 020 then move on to the rest), 3rd gear (or 4th if you can manage it) from 2.5k rpm foot flat on the floor all the way to 6.5k rpm :)

I was hoping you would see this Damo!!! Nice one pal. Is it easier/safer to get a friend to do the logging as you drive I take it?

As its only a shareware version I think I can only do the first 20 blocks (so 32 and 31 would be out of the question I take it!)

Copy and past straight from excell and put (code) before it and (/code) after it but replace () with [] :)
