Hi another question again sorry. Been looking at new dv's and not sure what to go for. Few people have said go for forged 007p ones but seen others for sale and dont know whether they are any good. Seen "atmospheric" ones forge bailey ones and twin piston ones. Has anyone ever used there or heard any reviews?

use the search function mate. this is covered numerous times on the forum :)

Atmospheric ones dont work on the Leon.

hi mate, i tried bailey dv26, my advice is DONT, nothing but trouble, used a collins dv and that was ok but dumped to easily (would dump at 1500rpm, and go into limp mode). the forge split-r dv is rated pretty good but ive never tried one. think recircs work best.

So if i put an aftermarket replacement recirc on would it still give out a nice tish noise or would i need to go for the forge 007p? Sorry by the way i'll use the search function more often before i post up

i couldnt say what noise you would get normally recirc valves are fairly silent, ive only tried atmospheric dv's, nice noise but doesnt drive as well as a recirc one would, but this is only my opinion, others may disagree, im back to standard recirc at the min.

Ok cheers guys. Is the forge 007p a direct replacement for the original recirc or does it get fitted on hot or cold side of intercooler? Sorry for so many questions. i'm new to leon cupras and enjoying every minute of it and cant stop chucking money at it! Lol
