When you replace engine parts

Hello I am very stuck here. I am getting a error code p2294. I have replaced the high pressure pump but I didn’t realize I needed to change the cam follower as well. I am still left with the same noise as the old one. And still same error code p2294. When you install new parts does it need to reprogrammed. Many thanks lee

bump i have the same question because i was getting an error for the coils but they are changed now and it's still going on
