Wheres the best place to rebuild a lcr ko4 ??

I need a ko4 remanufactored to oe standards or hybrid ? But wanna keep the cost down i dont want one of them crap ebay rebuild kits that 5 year olds make in china lol i need it to hold up to a decent stage 2 map. I thought about anouther second hand turbo but dont no what your buyin ? Anyone have had decent experience with havin there turbo rebuilt then please let me no thanks in advance
