Which offset to suit Cupra without fouling arches or brakes? (Pro Race 1.2's)

I've just discovered some lightweight wheels suitable for the Cupra. There are two types, actually, each coming in 8x18", ET 35 or 48, 5 x 112mm. The models are Rota Tarmac 3 and Rota Torque. The producer recommends ET48 for the Cupra.

Their weight is as follows, based also on the previous info above:

Orion OEM Cupra - 26.5 lbs. (Note - 7.5 (not 8.0 like the rest) rim width)

Pro Race 1.2s - 20.5 lbs.

Rota Tarmac 3 - 20.1 lbs.

Rota Torque - 20.0 lbs.

(1 Lbs. = 0.4536 Kg)

Of course, we may go further, with OZ or others, but I wanted to keep the same amount of money like for Team Dynamics.

Rota produces wheels mainly for Japanese Cars (Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Evo), so they should be good quality. The price is almost identical as for Pro Race 1.2 S.

PS I prefer the shape of the Tarmac 3 http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=44
