Which spark plugs?

Is there any need to run different spark plugs other than the standard items sold by Seat on remapped Ibiza 1.8Ts?

I've seen the BT ibiza's use colder grade plugs.

Running NGK right now, but there are some guys here using Denso Iridium.

No logs unfortunately

Colder plug... heard good things about them.. so tried em. Only run them on BT tho. (I get these trade now, so to me their price is pretty good vs regular plugs.. colder grade for BT and my boost. Had to close down gaps slightly however from supplied.)

one grade colder is better suited to chipped 20VT's IMHO..
ran on std type, one grade colder on my IHI for a long time.. worked fine.

Denso's are favoured by the guy's on the "tex" running silly boosts lol, you wont go wrong with NGK's either...........

Can result in stronger spark, if done right and in the needed conditions and smoother running, only needed on high boost applications

It spluttered and blew the spark out when being mapped.
