Window Problem

Hi, my Seat Arosa S 1.0 passenger window doesn't work it makes a noise when trying to open it so I'm guessing the motor hasn't gone but the window doesn't move! Any ideas on how to fix this problem any at all leave a reply, Thanks!!!

I have this from time to time on mine, eventually it will just start working again randomly.

The window switch itself is made to a poor standard, I have had a few of these in the past!
