Window regulator kit size. Help.

Hi I'm appealing for a quick answer if anyone can help, can't find the info on search. Apologies if its there.

What size window regulator repair kit do I need for front drivers window, mk1 180 03 5dr

They come in 11.5, 19.5 and 23.5 cm.

Loud crack, window stuck down, motors whirring, car outside all night!!!

Very grateful for advice on this please!?
