Windsceen Wipers

I bought a new set of wipers for my Toledo. Can anybody tell me how to fit them. I cannot get the wipers to stop in the middle of the screen to fit the new blades. If there is a better way to crack this problem I would be happy for one of the members to put me out of my misery. aggie

Stick the keys in the ignition, turn to the ON position and then turn OFF (but leave the keys in)

Tap the wiper stalk and the arms should sweep to the bottom of the screen and stay there.

They'll return to the pillars next time you start the car IIRC
