windscreen washer not working

hi all.

owned seat altea tdi sport 04 for about 2 months now. although we have had this cold weather, down to -9 the washer bottle has worked once the engine has warmed up.

now i dont know if i was running low or there was a bit of ice in the bottle, so i out some warm water and screen wash which worked fine.

however the next day no screen wash when i tried it. there does not seem to be any noise coming from the motor.

would just like to know is there a specific fuse/ relay to check.
or how do you get to the washer screen motor.
and how easy/ difficult are they to change.

any help please. fed up of having to clean my windscreen by hand each time i go out

You need to be running pure screenwash in -9. they aren't as good as they claim! stuff i am using claims up to -26 but its frozen in the tubes at -11

If it is a fuse or something though,sorry can't help,never even looked for the fuse box yet! owned it 3 years lol

methanol should be used as an anti freezing agent. screen wash is used for cleaning.
