with a custom cat-back my exhaust pops a bit, but what can i do to make it go BANG!

You need fuel to go with the spark plug. Look on ebay for a flamer kit if you really want bangs.

and you would need a spark to go with the fuel

not really, sometimes the heat can ignite it, but the flamer kit is a spark + injector

If you tune an engine for power then why moan about mpg???

I have used 2 tanks of petrol to drive from my house to castle coombe do 3 sessions on track and drive home.... but the engine is far from standard so who cars about mpg!

i use an electronic boost controller so i have economy and power at the touch of a button, sadly even the economy mode is a BAR of boost

i get a few very nice bangs with the magnex cat back. all i have to do is get upto about 4.5k and let the revs off and when it starts going down to around 3.5k i blip the throttle and get a very loud bang that makes everybody within 50 yards jump
